Hebrews 7

What a powerful reminder in verse 25, “Therefore He (Jesus) is able also to save forever those who draw near to Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them”.  If we have come to the point where we know we fall short of the law’s and life’s requirement on us, then we are right where God wants us…in the midst of realizing our need for Jesus the intercessor to forgive and renew us in the here and now and for eternity.  Hebrews 7 is the theology and Revelation 1/Hebrews 1:3 is the locale.  Just as Saul discovered his need for new life and as the Holy Spirit provided him and the growing church comfort in Acts 9, so to we can realize freedom from relentless expectations to serve in forgiveness, renewal and strength.   Just ask…
