Isaiah 2:5-22; Worship restores a walk with God

In verse 5 Isaiah call his people to “walk in the light of the Lord”.  But he understands that it is easy to be diverted from that walk.  How and why?  We so easily abandon fellowship with one and other (verse 6), we find things that crowd out our affection for God (verse 8) and we get easily caught up in a focus on ourselves (the warning against pride throught the rest of the chapter).  What can break us free from these distractions?  As we see and experience the Lord in His rightful place exalted and reigning, as we worship Him, we can begin to put things back in perspective and be restored to right relationship with Him.
