Lung cancer screening; the debate continues…

Attached is an updated article from the Annals of Internal Medicine.  It continues to show a growing body of evidence supporting lung cancer screening, defined as 3 annual low dose CT scans of the chest in people ages 55-74 with greater than 25 pack year history of smoking at any point.  There is still debate as to how to best manage “indeterminate” results
