Reducing fall risks with Tai Chi

As we age, physical inactivity and “inflexibility” in addition to other factors can effect balance. Thus, falls become more frequent and sometimes with serious consequences (broken bone, brain bruising among others). SDCIM has long felt that some sort of flexibility and balance activity is important to help reduce fall risk.
